Model inspired by Guadagnini
Giovanni Battista Guadagnini stands tall amongst the great masters of old. He traveled around a great deal during his lifetime during which he also spent a significant period in Parma, laying the ground stones to the rich history of violin making in our territory. This is the reason why we decided to dive in to the making of a Guadagnini quartet and our violin, cello, and viola are the latest additions to our instrument family.
G. B. Guadagnini's remarkable career took him on many journeys. Each and every instrument from his workshop bears the mark of the city in which it was born; a testament to his craftsmanship. Drawing inspiration from Guadagnini’s Piacenza period, we endeavored to adapt his strong character to suit our own taste and preferences. The resulting violin exhibits a broad and powerful sound, capturing a glimpse of the allure found in the works of this great master.
